More pregnancy status info

Peo is currently 7.2lbs and appears to be perfectly healthy. The
perinatologist says it is very likely that her lungs are ready. We're
scheduled for an amnio on Tuesday morning, and if it shows lung maturity,
I'll be induced, most likely on Wednesday evening making it probable she'll
be born sometime on Thursday (Oct 6). No need for a c-section at this
time, but obviously any birth can end up in one if things aren't going
well.

If anything changes I'll let you all know, but otherwise I'll post when
we're home with her and have pics to share (which will probably be
forwarding you all to a livejournal post).
